There aren't really any similar games or even any knockoffs yet. I mean phasmo is a somewhat different than normal games, it's fairly 3 dimensional with a TON of little things that can change the course of the entire ghost hunt. In the shower I suddenly thought "I wonder, maybe the phasmo team has had so many people reach out to them with the " this is how you can fix this problem others and myself have been having" that maybe they've gotten sick of it. Given that in my decades in the industry, they are the only people who have ever been rude to me, I can understand why. They've alienated a fair chunk of the indie dev scene at this point. Just these guys, are pretty rude to the veterans who may have had solutions to their problems. Tbf, I normally cut other devs a lot of slack, because we all have to start somewhere, and not everyone has decades of experience. I might add to that and suggest if you are using any audio devices that connects to your PC by USB, to ensure the connectors, ports or cables are not loose/old. They rarely have real solutions to the problems you are searching for. I should note, sites like that, just collate those pages based on popular Google searches for buggy games, and offer the same list of things to try on every page, as a way of advertising their own commercial product on an annual subscription they hope you'll forget about before it renews. That looks like a standard ' check your pc isn't broken' checklist. They probably spaced on checking a reference wasn't nulled before accessing something. They must raise the left controller to the side of their head near their ear and use the trigger, holding it down before talking.Rule 1: Do not insult/personally attack others. However, to activate and use Global Chat, the player will have to use the controls as though they were speaking into an actual walkie-talkie. Their voice will always come through without needing to perform any special actions. Players should know that Local Chat is always enabled in Phasmophobia for VR as long as they have not muted themselves. However, if they are holding items in each hand, they will not be able to open or close doors or turn lights on or off, so it is not recommended to use all four slots. Technically, players in VR can have up to four items, with two on their belt and one in each hand. Some choose to toggle between a few of these, as the 45 0 -45 seems to work better for handling but can make it difficult to set down and pick up items and equipment. Some players suggest using 30 0 -60, while others suggest 45 0 -45 or 15, 0, 0. Players can change the x, y, and z angling controls as well to fit their natural hand placement and improve their equipment handling.
